Lovely hotel,very luxurious, huge pool, clean, spacious, well-presented rooms. Very tasty, buffet style meals in hotel restaurant. Very friendly staff. Good food. Good after dinner entertainment. outside pool and activities , spa are very nice. The hotel was difficult to find, the area very isolated and quite far from the centre of Marrakech. No information (about facilities, meal times etc.) given on arrival or in rooms. Reception not as organised as it could have been. We asked them to pre-book a taxi to the airport, which did not arrive, reception had no record of it having been booked.alle vurderinger »
Very much orientated towards the French speaking visitors. No information inside the room about activities , plan ,leaflet for telephone use , shuttle , aso... supposed to be 2 separate rooms , infact there is communication between rooms without door and no privacy.
