The people! Everyone was downright amazing.
Ahmed, the manager, organized a taxi for us, and waited for us so we don't get lost in the medina. He had all the info we could possibly need, and never gave a wrong advice. He's a very smart guy, so make sure you listen to him.
Sabah kept us well fed, and met us with unparalleled kindness.
We were also lucky enough to meet Sonhild, the owner, who is an uplifting person one can talk to for hours.
They all made absolutely sure we felt right at home.

The owner and the stuff are very kindly and you have very homely filling. It has only three rooms in three floors, with kitchen and nice terrace. The rooms are thoughtfully arranged, the bathroom is decorating very interesting across the hall, all in the Morrocan style. Ahmed comes to pick you up and showes you the road to the riad. It is very hard to find it at the first time but after Ahmed's instructions this is not a problem any more. Parking is about 20 min. away, guarded (100 MAD/2 nights.
Where do we start? We`ll start with the staff. Ahemd and Sabah who works at the place were too amazing to describe. Ahmed, as the house manager was so welcoming, with his smile and patience. He showed us around, helped us navigating the ways in the medina, sat with us for hours on the terrace while drinking Moroccan tea. It was heaven!
Sabah was making delicious breakfasts.
The location is just great-right in the middle of the medina and the rooms are just great. Just dont try to find the place.
Great place to stay in the heart of Fez. The house is exceptionally beautiful. and with a big terrace overlooking the Medina.Rooms are very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, quiet and have heating. Breakfast is delicious. Staff couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. Many thanks to Ahmed and Saba who made us feeling at home! It has been unforgettable!.
We experienced some hot water issues, but one has to be aware just how ancient this part of the city is.
