Location right on the Marina and in the center of town. The breakfast buffet is as good as a cruise ship. The setting at poolside is even better. The most attentive, responsive service at the front desk, concierge, and waiters. Any maintenance problem was responded to and solved within minutes. -

The El Encanto Inn is charming and beautiful. It is in a perfect location near night life, music and shopping. Very easy access from Rt 1 (take first turn off as you go toward San Jose it is less than a mile on the right, just past Tende 17 used furniture store. Directions included were terrible) I would stay again. -

This was the most enchanting place! The staff was friendly and attentive, the view was spectacular and the food was wonderful. We would come back in a heart beat. The city of San Jose is a short cab ride and has great shops and restaurants. -

The location is fantastic. The beach is beautiful. The grounds were very well maintained and the the rooms were clean and had an ocean/beach/pool view. The staff is fantastic and always willing to help. A great value for the money as it sits right on the same beach as the $500/night hotels. -

The staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome...Sheila and Julio at the cafe; Matias at the front door; Rosita and Ricardo in the bar. The decor of Bar Esquina was also very stylish. Food/Drink was delicious. Liked the overall atmosphere and vibe of the place. It was hip/trendy but still the right amount of casual/friendly.

Plus close to the Marina and shopping plaza...
For the location its a really good price... you can probably find closer to the beach, but a lot more expens

It was really a good experience. The room was always clean and we had a very good service and the staff were very friendly. One day we did not make it to the free breakfast before 10:30 but then they opened the kitchen for us so that we could take what we wanted:)
