San Cosme Metro Station is just 150 metres away. Each room at the El Patio 77 B&B has unique décor themed around a different Mexican state. Most rooms have a balcony, and some have a private bathroom. Staff at El Patio 77’s reception are on hand to provide information about Mexico City. They can also arrange bicycle rental, city tours or excursions. A varied Mexican breakfast is included for all guests. This comprises fresh local fruits and juices, organic coffee and a special dish of the day. A range of bars and restaurants can be found within a 10-minute walk.

We loved the room - it was enormous and had fantastic attention to detail in the furnishings. The location of the B&B was perfect - easy to walk to other areas and the historic centre but also very close to the metro. The B&B also provided a guide to the local area and local facilities which was informative, accurate and useful. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. There was nothing I would criticise and if we go back to Mexico City, we will definitely stay there again!.
alle vurderinger » The rooms were each unique, creatively and beautifully decorated. The staff was outstanding! This B&B is in an interesting and safe neighborhood relatively close to the Centro. Breakfast was good, especially the fruit,coffee and fresh squeezed juice. The design of the hotel, the room was really beautiful and spacious. Good breakfast. Central location in a safe area and close to the Centro Historico, staff were really helpful. The bed and duvet cover were exceptionally comfortable. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. I had a very quiet night's sleep and felt that the staff were extremely helpful. Great hosts, unbeatable! Hotel is very artsy, with gallery and more. Lovely. Ecofriendly, great concept. And above all: in beautiful colonial villa!. It is beautifully renovated mansion, any corner is photogenic inside B&B. Clean and cozy. Nice staff and guests. Great breakfast. Very cool design. Very helpful staff. Lots of info on local area. Great stay thank you. Atmosphere is great, very romantic. View from the roof terrace wonderful. Room full of art books. it offers the surrounding sightseeing and dining tips which is good to know abt the area. Loved the staff! Amazing breakfast! Great city!. Excellent rooms, friendly staff, good food. I loved the elegance of the architecture, the high ceilings, the beautiful windows and shutters, the staircases and the garden of the hotel. The white cotton bedding was good. The coffee and breakfasts were great. I didn't actually get to stay there but the place and staff seemed ok. There is nothing bad to say. Nothing, everything was great :) We wanted to move in!!!. Location requires subway (only 3 block away) or taxi commute to historic center or other sites. Location was a bit challenging for a kid. Subway was very close, convenient, but after dinner time walking in the neighborhood is not recommendable. So for a kid it was not an ideal place. No aircon or fan in room - got a bit hot for us to sleep well. Staff was friendly but often confused. Our luggage was accidentally sent with someone else around Mexico City. traffic can be very loud and comes through into the room no fans in the rooms. I didn't like the indifferent greeting we received upon arrival. The neighborhood made us nervous when we first arrived but proved to be safe, interesting and convenient. I was very disappointed!! When I got there they made me wait just to tell me another guest had requested a change of room, so they gave him the room I had booked. They later offered me a bigger but more expensive room, but finally said the shower was broken. In the end they had no rooms available , and I stayed elsewhere.
