The hotel staff were amazing! Helpful, thoughtful, polite and all with a smile. The rooms were lovely - tastefully decorated. The hotel was enormous! And the buildings themselves were beautiful, particularly with the gardens and water features interspaced between and around them.

I stayed in Irsia Bed and Breakfast with 2 of my friends who are first time going abroad. The location is really near to Monorail Imbi. The staff is helpful and kind, they also welcome us even we're late to check in (23.30). I've visited KL more than 5th times, and so far, Irsia BnB is the best one. Place is very close to drop off point of bus from Singapore. Staff is very considerate and accommodate us even beyond the check in time. We arrived at 4 AM and stay until 7 AM of the following day and still charged for a price of one day. Very convenient, free breakfast, reasonable rate, near Berjaya Times Square and Monorail. They even sell HOHO ticket. Highly recommended for guest coming from Singapore by bus.

the location of the hotel is in bukit bin tan...from where times square , low yat market and mrt is closeby. the rooms are very clean and nicely maintained.......from the room menara tower was visible. just infront of the hotel there was "rashna bilash restaurent" - whichs food was mind blowing.

This hotel is approx. 20-30 mins. drive from the airport in a quiet rural community. It is the perfect place to stay if you need a quiet place to recharge your batteries between flights. A better option than going all the way to Kuala Lumpur. Hotel staff are very accommodating.
