When I check in early, the hotel provides a suitable waiting area for our children to play and surf the internet. Breakfast is delicious and wide selection, you must try the 'nasi lemak' and 'sambal', the most delicious of the other dishes. Swimming pools are a wide and appropriate for our children. Staff were exceptionally friendly & welcoming - made us feel totally at home. We were upgraded to a suite which was a lovely room & wrap-around balcony - perfect for 2 adults & 2 kids. It was my birthday while there, and I was pleasantly surprised with a cake!

It's well kept. Huge bed, nice view, very clean. Parking is easy and free. Wifi works very well. Was given a free upgrade to Premium room from the usual Deluxe. Location is excellent as it's close to shops, amenities and central to exit and local attractions. Staff friendly, quick service. Can't ask for more. -

Clean, clean .... It was very good place to stay! The air-con was exceptional! Very silent and proper cold!! :-).
Staff very helpful and always attentive...specially a tiny Asian man that carried our backpacks into the room while we were checking in..... That was amazing and funny! To see this smaller man carrying our backpacks....( the backpacks

The host is very nice and helpful. I am able to check in smoothly at around 11pm and he kindly suggest me a good place to eat.
The location is convenient. It is near to Komtar Tower and can be reached by airport bus.
A nice restaurant "Hong Kee" nearby and the congee is very nice.
Hot and cold drinking water is provided. Snacks is also available at the self-help common area with resonable prices.
Shower gel and tower is provided.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful! On our first day of arrival, the reception staff introduced us list of things to do and place to visit in penang.

Stayed for two nights with two other friends and it was great! The
room is very clean and looks new. Got to choose our own pillows. If
you want anything (I.E.: praying mat, iron, hair dryer, etc), just
ask and they will provide it with no charge. The staff are very
friendly and informative. Near to the main road to catch a
bus/taxi. Near to Komtar to catch the free bus trip around
Georgetown (2km). Wifi is provided in the room. A great value for
money. Would definitely stay again.

The strategic location of the apartment. Various types of food stalls within a walking distance. The apartment surroundings is clean and peaceful. You don't have the feeling like you are in the heart of town. Most importantly the staffs (Linda & a her new colleague) that greeted us was friendly and Linda even remembered me as this was my second visit to Noble Villa after 1 year.
