Although the room is rather small the comfortness and design in a way compensate it. Liked the breakfast as it varied quite a lot during our 4 nights stay. The restaurant that serves organic food during dinner is a big plus as well.
Location -- May not be the most convenient for tourists. However, if you
do drive in kl it is at an ideal location, not too far from the airport,

The location - convenient and easy access to our destination (Kidzania, few shopping malls..). The surrounding is quiet as it is located near housing area. Also, private car park is provided.
Location (once you know how to get in) ... very central to major shopping facilities, vegetarian but good breakfast included, reasonably good sized room for two and on-site car park.

It's practically brand new! Very very clean with daily housekeeping. Price included breakfast at the in-house cafe. Very budget friendly. Easy check in and check out. Friendly front desk who helped in whatever way she could. Overall, a pleasant experience.
The room and bathroom is simple and clean. You need to pay for the
parking fees first but can refund from the reception with receipt.

The wifi signal was crappy to say the least. Throughout our stay there wasn't a single day where we could enjoy the wireless internet connectivity without any fuss.
Nothing -- With this price I wasn't expecting too much. However this
hotel did exceed my expectations.
Walls not well sound-proofed thus easily woken up by other guests pulling their bags or children running along the aisles especially at dawn.
The water pressure for bathroom heater is not high enough.

There is no mirror in the room. The mirror is only in the bathroom which makes ladies have some difficulty to put on make up !.

Breakfast should be served throughout the said time 0800-1000. I went at
9.30am and the waitress said the food was finished. Although food is
served on first-come-first-serve basis, but I recommend the serving to
be ready within the time frame to accomodate the availability.
Water supply very low pressure. No pressure when taking shower. Breakfast can do, coffee and tea not hot. Other than that ot is a thump up.
Location was a bit hard to find. Even the local PJ taxi drivers did not know how about this place. It's in the middle of a residential estate.
Rooms need to be more sound proof. Was awoken by kids running up and down the corridor, screaming, at 7am in the morning!.
No hair dryer provided in the room but you will get one if you request
from reception. Breakfast only starts from 8am to 10am which is late
compared to other hotel. There is no air-cond in the lobby and corridor.
The location is very secluded and not happy with the breakfast either. Its all vegetarian and even eggs are not served. And the options of food is very very limited.
Not convenient if no car, no public transport nearby.
Had issue with my booking where one of the rooms I got was not what I
booked earlier and was charged at a higher price. Explained to staff
and finally got it resolved but the whole check-in process took me
half an hour.
The car park facility is not that friendly and can be a hassle. Guests need to hv a RM5.00 note to insert into the machine to open the barrier. There are times when the machine rejects the note.
Breakfast hour is not convenient, starts at 0800 ends at 1000. Not convenient for guests having early appointment.

The room cleanese is not good enough. Besides, when I requires for queen bed room instead of double single bed room they are increase the room price, that's not fair, no remark when we booking in website.
The bathroom facilities aren't the best. The location is really far with no access to public transport. Considering the location and facilities, this was slightly overpriced.

- parking service terrible. The guard took my money without receipt and I can't claim it back. When I highlighted this issue to the front desk. They just ignore me and say nothing can be done.
