Nice hotel, friendly staff, good service, clean room ( it's always cleaned by the staff), it's made me comfort to sleep when i came back from trip and i got my room so clean. Closed to moslem's restaurant. Could able to walk to waterfront, Sarawak Plaza, Tun Jugah, Parkson. The hotel is near to money changer, ATM at Maybank (i could access my card,BRI and Mandiri card in there), that's really helpful for me.

I appreciate the good wifi connection I really recommend City Inn You get much for the money. Their service is super fast. I called for room service and within minute their staff came to serve. It's clean and near shops and waterfront. The staff is very warm and friendly. Friendly staff, big room with 2 sets of windows, close to many attractions. good location. near kuching town area. good shopping & food. friendly staff; they helped us much with laundry. its nearby to waterfront n shops. Housekeeping is noisy - morning and afternoon, the hotel front is not attractive with piles of cement bags. nothing i didn't like. basic toilet. sound of dangdut club at midnite coming fm across the river. Bathroom needs a good renovation. Towels were exceedingly thin (but changed daily). Only one English channel on TV and that only spasmodic. The bathroom fittings are in jeopardy. I had to change 3 rooms because of the water leaking, broken fittings, annal shower hose while there was no slippers. No lobby though there was sofas on the entrance always occupied by the hotel owners/staff/janitors. bathroom too small. no refrigerator in the room and taps are not in good order. Toilet was too low Have water heater but no hot water at all,, only cold water I call at @1000am, asking for direction to hotel but the lady say she cannot discribe how the direction for me to get there I only checkin @7pm, pay 230+50 deposit,BUT does not have receipt...WHY? But when check out the staff say I did not pay for my stay the 2nd night, very sad because I'am very honest. After the staff call someone, finally i'am allowed to go, what happen next is big ?????. thanks. no wifi.
