Room was spacious with high grade facilities. Swimming pool was good also the gym as well. Sauna facilities is available and meet standards. Front Office was great as I request some drinks condiments (at 2.30am) yet they still send it fast.. Great Place to stay.
it's good for family, the romm is spacious and easy to preper your breakfast . the location is near of the metro station, just one station to KLCC. it's near to aquarium just 10rm by taxi.. also easy to go to butterfly park and flower park just 20rm ... الفندق ممتاز للعوائل بالذات والغرف واسعة ، واذا كان السعر اقل بدون إفطار ، انصحك تتنازل عن الفطور وتحضر الفطور بنفسك فالمطبخ مجهز بالكامل . بإمكانك استخدام محطة المترو والذهاب الى كوالالمبور ستي سنتر في هناك سوبر ماركت تشتري منه الحاجيات.. وكذلك قريب من الاكواريوم الاحياء البحرية بالتاكسي عشرة رنجت فقط وكذلك ليس بالبعيد عن حديقة الفراشات والزهور بالتاكسي فقط عشرين رنجت... بالتوفيق... بس في نت مجاني في اللوبي فقط

- position: really close to citycenter amd train station - the executive premier room was spacious and clean - requested a cityview at the booking and got it
- staff at the desk could be improved with cordiality and a smile for a welcome is also nice after a 18 hour journey

The staff was gracious enough to call me n inform me that my room rates will be reduced because of charging error. They could have just made me pay the inflated rate but they were so honest and nice to revert my rate to the lower one. For that I am ever so grateful.. I will surely stay there again when I m in kl.
The basement carpark could do with a bit of upgrading. It looks so rundown.

The apartments were huge and offered good value, we could also do our laundry at the communal area quickly and cost effectively.
Had quite a few problems with the wifi, either getting on our having poor throughput once on. The pool area was beginning to look tired also.
Comfort and luxury feel. The kitchen utensils are perfect for those who want to cook during their stay.
The cups in the kitchen are too small. I prefer to use mug for my coffee. They did not replenish the coffee, sugar sachet for my second day stay.
The hotel let me had a late check out up until 2 p.m as my return flight was in the evening. Considering my many bags and a child, that was really wonderful.
I have stayed at PNB many times in the past and always find it convenient to order room service. I won't do it anymore as the food was just tasteless.
I like the service as its prompt, fast and reliable and also during check- in they upgraded our room to the Executive Floor.
The check in lady insist that I forward the email booking confirmation since I had forgotten to bring the hardcopy. I showed her the email on my mobile phone because I didnt want to use my data overseas & only then she gave me the user id & password to access my email via wi fi.

Location near to centre of KL. Just next to KLCC only. Room is clean and comfortable.
Staff not so efficiency. Specially housing keeping team. Have to wait long time for waiting room ready (when I reach already 5pm).

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to the twin towers.
Construction work was ongoing until midnight just next to the hotel. The pillow had a terrible smell -disgusting fug, it was not possible to sleep with. No drinking water was put in th eroom, only at the first day.
