Staff, the 3 girls; Wati, Jen & Jac, were very helpful and super friendly.
Maybe the inaccessibity of the office staff as they reside on the 3rd floor and the main entrances locked close on your initial checking in.
During the stay I and my family members feel like at home. Provide us covered and safe car parking. The location is very near to main attractions in Penang.

It was only a 20 minute walk into the centre of town. central to most things. Felt homely.

The mattresses in the apartment are pretty old. We felt itchy when we slept on the mattresses. It is time to change new mattresses.

Tedious check in. They asked for photo id, time of arrival and keep asking for arrival time. We were traveling and can't give the exact time, it was giving them trouble as they dun have a reception. There were other rules that weren't mentioned prior to booking. They'll tell you to cancel your booking if you don't like the rules, but it was too late to cancel.

we paid two apt for more than $3000RM, during check out the staff wanted to charged for dirty towel. it is ridiculous. always has trouble for toilet flushing. this is my fourth time staying there, no more.

Toilet flushing problem. We have paid more than rm3000 for two apt but when we check out they wanted to charge us for one dirty tower. We haven't complain the toilet system was so dirty. Everything they charged even extra parking. This are our third time staying and we are not coming back anymore.
Facility in old condition
Nice pool Superior and boutique rooms were nice They moved us into a 'superior' room when we complained about the condition of the room, but we had booked a ' delux' room and had expected a reasonable standard.
Delux rooms were disgraceful with severe mould growing on bathroom ceilings. All furnishings stained and tatty. Floors filthy. To call this a delux room is a total joke. It was absolutely filthy and very poor standard! Located next to 2 construction sites with noise from 7am til 5pm. One site had a pack of 13 dogs in which barked all night!
