The resort is a 20-minute drive from Kuantan Town and 41 km from Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Airport. Fitted with tiled flooring, simply-furnished rooms feature neutral cream and light brown colours. The air-conditioned rooms come with a satellite TV and a private bathroom. A hairdryer is available on request. Guests can use the karaoke room, make travel arrangements at the tour desk or head to the nearby beach for water sports such as snorkelling and kayaking. There is also a common ironing station. Surf Club Restaurant offers sweeping ocean views and serves local cuisines with seafood specialities. The front desk offers luggage storage and fax/photocopying services. Free parking is provided.

Family size room is spacious. Clean linens and well maintained. Okay if you just need a place to stay. Ample parking space. Good night entertainment. Clean rooms, close to nice secluded sandy beach. There are some nice local restauransts within walking distance from hotel. Clean and comfortable bed. Room comes with breakfast. Beach is across the road. Many restaurants nearby. Budget friendly.

The location is very near to beach and restaurant. Good location to stay. there's a kampung style stall within hotel vicinity that serves delicious trengganu dishes (ie laksam and nasi dagang) in the morning. really like the simple set up and the nostalgic feeling evoked by such simple and uncomplicated ambience. Room was spacious with double double beds . Location was good for us to move to nearby towns and other touristic places . Short walking distance to the nearest beach. Parking space was abundance. Quiet area . spacious room, easy to find, have breakfast (eventhough it just fried mee, toast bread and hot tea). The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Affordable stay, clean compound and room. The room and resort deco. Comfortable restaurant. Ample parking lots. Best location , near the beach , quite and big space in the room~. Clean rooms, everything in working order. Food available onsite. The family room is spacious.with 2 king size bed.. Room and bathroom in good and clean condition. Out of 10, I can give 6.5 point. Good location, budget friendly. It's ok for me. clean. Staff yang peramah,. Good location and nice building to relax. Close to beach. Nice spacious cabins. Breakfast is variable,sometimes good. More available than is offered,but if you ask there are eggs,juice etc. I'm prefer the environment,very quite with natural view & nice beach. It was located in the heart of the village/town. Walking distance to beach. Location and economy. Friendly staff. Location. nothing good to said, all is bad experiences. Nothing, really... Water spray in bathroom is not working. No mini fridge and tv box is not flat screen. No astro. Breakfast choice is limited. Beach area is deteriorating. Poor breakfast, but hotel located closely to some cheap local restauranst - so, this is not really a problem. No WiFi connectivity in the room. TV poor reception. Shower head flimsy and needs replacement. need to upgrade bathing facilities,too few staff manning the morning breakfast. probably the holiday season. the facilities and furniture are old and. The breakfast is tasteless. I booked for two rooms. Only my standard room unprepared. 5pm not ready yet. Unhappy. The price a bit pricy for such basic facilities. Maintenance was poor in the rooms where repair works was not done regularly. Water pressure was low. Some chalets were located behind the back office/building which provide an eyesore. Incomplete amenities and room was not cleaned on the second day. Not much option for breakfast and replenishment was very slow. Reception area is big but nor suitable to relax . room a little bit smelly, tv too small, shower have very low water pressure. The food wasn't good at all, but only managed to taste the breakfast. Very few variety, and tasteless a I can say. There was a banner informed that there will be a live band but didn't state when coz I was on weekend vacation last time but none of the days they were performing. Breakfast menu. Mosquito a bit lot , water pressure so small and breakfast too simple ~. Food onsite a little pricey. Beach nearby not the cleanest. The hot shower is not working and the pressure of pipe water is low. 1. Receptionist was unfriendly. Already plan a bbq month before event but it seems not alert and manage properly. 2. Get the hairdryer need to pay deposit. 3. Not support cleaning.on 2nd day of stay. 4. Breakfast should consider got "sambal" for fried rice/mee/bihun. Not tomato sauce and orange juice. Washroom equipment need to improve. A lot of things have been spoiled but didn't fix it. No comment. breakfast just basic. Kebersihan kurang memuaskan.ada lipas. Wifi is not available at room, just in lobby with short coverage perimeter. . The 'karaoke' mentioned on website is actually a club that goes on,extremely noisily,until 2am every night! Despite my discussions/complaints with management it didn't improve. Definitely won't stay again because of that. A shame because otherwise quite nice. Owners need to decide who they are catering for - def not 'family friendly' as they suggest!. the cleanlines in & outside the room is very poor & need to improve.the room should be ready & clean before the guest check in. - No room service - No TV / Cable in rooms and old small CRT was kept jsut for the name sake. - No restaurent in the hotel. - No telephone in the room. Staff wasn't helpful Not value for money A/C wasn't working Not on the beach - 5 mins walk on the road to the beach. no fencing, no security, no fridge and the water pressure is too low. Bath room facility. Poor customer service especially at the reception,low water pressure at the showers. I need to wait for check in until 3.45pm. Booking for 2 days but the staff tought I stay for 1 day only. Luckly room still available for next day. No wifi in the room. TV poor reception. No replacement towels for next day. Towels & remote control had to be collected & returned to registration counter. Toilets full of cockroaches. Pricey considering the state of the facilities provided. we arrived 3pm but only check in on 6pm, due to house keeping delay.the water from the shower is too weak. wifi only available at the reception only. the breakfast was bad, we arrived 9pm fro breakfast but only have me goreng and nasi goreng for us.i will never come again. The facilities... no towel privided. No complementary coffee/tea provided. When we asked for extra bed, they only provided a simple mattress. worst of all, no water for us to shower or to clean ourselves for 24hrs. Coming here had become my worst nightmare of a vacation.
