  Kimchee hostel was located not far from Hongdae's busy area. First time I went there I asked the tourist information around Hongdae about the location of the hostel and the staff was giving me the address to be shown to a taxi driver. But when we took taxi, it's not too far! the taxi fare gone high because traffic are everywhere in Hongdae (on wee... hva folk sier » kend) so after I took a walk around Hongdae, I can definitely walk and the direction is so easy. It was a nice experience since this is my first time - This is my second stay with Kimchee, and they're now my go-to place when I'm around Hongdae. The staff members are super friendly, they provide towels for free (whereas some hostels make you pay), and there's a little kitchen area that guests are free to use. Add to this the free wifi available in the whole hostel and there's not much to complain about.

  The hotel is beautiful and is very well equipped. I love the room design as it feels like you are going into your own sanctuary - Location is good, attached to big department stores. Good room size.

  Very cheap for Gangnam. Clean. No breakfast but coffee shops are very close to the Hotel. Computer and Wi-Fi in the room.   I was going out in Itaewon and wanted somewhere to stay for the night. This place was the cheapest so i thought i would give it a try. The experience started off on a bad note as i was giving the directions to the wrong branch of the hostel, but that location was was even more central. Just 1-minute from Itaewon station. I thought it would be uncomfortable to share toilets & bathrooms, but this guesthouse definitely prove me wrong. They cleaned their guesthouse every day without failure. Although some of them were not very friendly, some were very very helpful and so NICE. they helped us to transfer all our belongings to the different building.
