The staff, as always, were very friendly and helpful.
The room decoration and furniture is old and has not been updated for some time. The internet was slow, even when I paid for the high speed service. The room service food was poor. For a 5 star hotel all of these issues are not satisfactory. I suspect that this is why Hyatt dropped this hotel from its chain.
Nice interiors, swimming pool, sauna and fitness center, nice breakfast
Very slow internet connection, you have to pay around 2000 KZT per day (around 15 USD) for fast (normal) internet. Not the best noise isolation - you can here the noise from the corridor. Slow staff, not very professional (e.g. it takes more than 30 min and 4 reminders to get the taxi to arrive), some minor issues with the payment and changes to the reservations.
The staffs were very attentive ang d service was also excellent
The price is too expensive
