I am very happy with my stay there! The host was incredibly helpful and friendly. I was a bit worried about not being able to understand each other but he was very kind and could speak a bit of English, and translating with the computer did the rest. My room was very pretty, comfortable and homey, with a view to a small garden. I also liked the neighbourhood, and the place is quite well connected thanks to the Kitasenju station. was spotless. Our kids loved the traditional bedding and the staff were
also very kind to the kids. Its a reasonably close to Shibuya but work
out the easy back streets it saves heaps of time. We checked out at 10am

Really lovely staff. They speak english which was really good after 16hrs of travel. The rooms were very comfortable. Room was a pretty good size. Had no problems with noise from outside or from other guests. Pretty good location. Only 15 mins from Shiduya station which means it's connected to everywhere in Tokyo. Also nice to come back to the hotel and have hot water for tea waiting. A lovely touch.

Excellent service by the staff. Especially at the concierge. We missed our airport limosine and got a full refund from the concierge. I was beyond shocked. Only in Japan I could get such honest and sincere treatment. Location is superb. Right in the heart of Shinjuku towards the east exit of the Shinjuku station hardly 5 min walk.
