Hotel is in a quiet situation in business-area Akasa. 8 floors, functional building. Shopping, entertainment, dining, at 5 minutes to walk.
Room 507 is a twin-room with a view to the city, no balcony. Room is well equipped but small: normal for Tokyo. very little storage-room for clothing/bags: normal for Japan.

Location was great, rooms ,kitchen bathrooms clean. Lost my wallet on the train from Osaka to Tokyo. They let me check in, stay the night & gave me a map of where to get my money. Yes if your a taller person you will find the showers a little low. Will I go back, yes ! -

The staff were excellent. The service, especially by the front desk staff was amazing-always ready and quick to assist whenever needed. The hotel location-close to both Mita and Tamachi train stations- is very convenient. This is a lovely hotel by any standards. I'd definitely stay here again whenever I'm back in Tokyo. -

Recommended trips from personal experiences, offered umbrellas on rainy days, helped uncommom requests and even kept me company when I was sitting in the hotel cafe alone one day, chit chatting. We liked eveything. The location was excellent yet it was quiet. The room was quiet with good blockout curtains, and was fresh and new. WiFi worked well and was free. The breakfast was fine and the staff gave good advice when asked. The self- washing laundry was a bonus and worked well. Security was probably unnecessary but felt good and was not intrusive. We can't wait to stay here again and recommend it to others.

The location was fairly good, not far from Nakameguro station and right by a great tree-lined canal that parallels the main road if the days are hot. The hot baths are now for both genders (at different times).
