Everything was wonderful. The staff were really friendly, and the location was great!
There is a shuttle bus running from 6pm to 11pm from Akihabara Station straight to the hotel - wonderful if you're out shopping and you don't want to walk back to the hotel or take a taxi. -

Staff generally were nice and helpful. But girl at concierge impressed us most. We arrive on a rainy afternoon and were with our luggage . The girl at concierge saw us from far when we crossed the road from the train station and she went inside to get towels ready for us. She even helped my mother pat her coat and bag dry. Very grateful for her impeccable service.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they all spoke English. This was our first stop in Japan, and it was very easy to find and get to (there was a shuttle from the airport), and a great introduction to the country. The rooms are small, but comfortable, and the location is not particularly scenic but is very convenient to the airport

Stayed at this lovely hostel twice in the last 10 months. Staff is very polite, and the place is very clean. Love the Japanese charm. It is close to the Hibiya line, so very easy to get to from Narita and downtown Tokyo. I appreciate the effort that the staff makes to be environmentally friendly! -

Spoken English was better than at other hotels I have stayed at in
Tokyo. Room was typically small Tokyo style room, but it was clean and
comfortable. My son loved the breakfast buffet, which isn't the
biggest but it's adequate to set you up for the day.

Returned here for the 4th time now, and what can I say, I have not already said. Its just a great little place, in a fantastic location, with great friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable with all you need. 3-4 mins walk to Tsukuba Express Station and 5 mins to Tawaramachi Metro Station. Close to Ueno, with the Ueno Zoo and Ueno Park which is lovely in Cherry Blossum season, and the Zoo has the cute Panda’s. Free breakfast each day was good although not a huge buffet choice available. Location was reasonably close to the subway. A bit further to the JR station.Close to entertainment and shopping. Business style hotel so small basic but convenient room. -

A very nice hotel, located in a quiet upscale residential area. Classic
grand-hotel style, with excellent service and big comfortable rooms with
fantastic view towards the city or onto the beautiful Japanese gardens.
