Outstanding location accross from Odori Park. Short walk to entertainment and dining areas. Short walk to the main Sapporro station. Orori station was very close and convenient to the hotel. Hotel is modern with european design. Airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. Overall we would stay again.

The hotel is situated right in a shopping arcade, with mini marts, souvenir shops, restaurants, bars and pubs all around it. Don't have to go far at all for what you may need. Room was spacious and comfortable. Full range of amenities. Free late night ramen was a nice touch, perfect to end a cold day.

I enjoyed my stay at this Best Western. I had stayed at one in Osaka for
a few days last year but this one in Sapporo was bigger. And of better
quality. I thought the bathroom was fairly large and luxurious despite
the room-size. The staff were nothing but friendly and helpful. Even
when I informed them that I had an accident with one of their lamps,
they quickly put my worries to rest & said they would take care of
it no problem. I plan to stay here again if possible if I am to come
back t

Very conveniently located outside the North Exit of Sapporo jr Station,
just 2 minutes walk in the open; especially good for us with luggage.
This Hotel is perfect for both long and short stay in Sapporo with small
eateries and convenient stores nearby. Check-in and out are smooth,
simple and quick. Staff is willing to help though with limited English.
Room and bath are spacious enough in Japanese standard. Excellent to
have massage chair in room for relaxation after a day's walk /
