The staff couldn't speak English very well, but tried their best to answer my questions and help me. I was impressed with their attitude. Additionally, the hotel is very equipped and comfortable for the price you pay. It's pretty quite (I guess it's more of business district. So, it was very quite when I was staying there over the weekend) but there are several convenient store and a few good restaurants nearby. You can easily go to Umeda or Namba for shopping as well. Hotel staffs are kind and helpful, room is not so big but very clean and cozy. The continental style breakfast was pretty ok. The immediate area surrounding the hotel is very quiet and there's not much to do. Walking to America-mura or Dotonbori takes about 20 minutes. At least the subway station is just a few minutes away. Just for a single person location is a bit of a hassle specially when you are carrying big bags. double room very very small, you can not open a big suit case in the room, no wardrobe. Breakfast is a minimum. Just good for a transit night because of the good location. No wifi in the room.
