  The superior room has a fridge, 2 bottles of free water every day, sink, microwave (not in the standard room) and kettle. The bathroom was lovely with a great shower, loads of hot water, nice free toiletries and a heated toilet seat (they seem to have them everywhere in Japan). Free wifi or wired internet with a provided network cable (slightly fa... hva folk sier » ster) and really cheap local calls from the rooms. They also gave us an umbrella when it poured one day. The hotel is quite central and only 4 stops - I just loved this hotel. It was the first hotel we stayed in Japan. The room was small but lovely! Our bathroom was great and everything was very clean- as everything is in Japan. They even provided facial treatment products for the ladies. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they printed maps for us and helped us with everything. The location is perfect, the underground is only a few meters away.   The staff were fantastic, even the ones with little English. The room was spotless. Our kids loved the traditional bedding and the staff were also very kind to the kids. Its a reasonably close to Shibuya but work out the easy back streets it saves heaps of time. We checked out at 10am but were not flying out to 8pm. I highly recommend this hotel. - Really lovely staff. They speak english which was really good after 16hrs of travel. The rooms were very comfortable. Room was a pretty good size. Had no problems with noise from outside or from other guests. Pretty good location. Only 15 mins from Shiduya station which means it's connected to everywhere in Tokyo. Also nice to come back to the hotel and have hot water for tea waiting. A lovely touch.

  The hotel is well located, Shibuya is a few minutes walking distance. And even when you head to the other side, there are some nice areas. The rooms are small, but well, its Japan. if you have large luggage don't take the economy rooms. Also, there is a cute little place accross the street for breakfast, and if you walk a litt - Tidy hotel with nicely decorated rooms and handy connections to most of Tokyo through Shibuya subway station and JR train lines. Situated in a lively area (although very busy with hoards of people and plenty of noise) with lots of cool small restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel staff was also happy to store our luggage for some time both before and after our stay, which was greatly appreciated.

  The hotel is very nice. The staff were kind and helpful, but I'm not the kind of costumer that have a lot of requests. I chose the two single bed room and the space was great! The beds were big, there was a wardrobe and even a couch and a table. If you want space this room won't disappoint you, and it have a nice design too! Very pleasant! T - Staff were polite and friendly even though they spoke limited English. Room was clean (I had a non-smoking room that was quite large). I had wifi in the room, and there was a computer for hotel guest use in the foyer. My rate did not include breakfast so I can't comment on that.   We arrived earlier than the check-in time so we dropped our luggage off at the front desk. When we got back to properly check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that our luggage had already been sent to our room without any hassle.   It was a clean hotel very well located. We subsequently stayed at a hotel further away from Shibuya station a few days later and missed the convenience. As expected, like all rooms in Tokyo (that come at a reasonable price) it was small, but very manageable. Once again - excellent location!
