  The hotel is just beautiful. It's a three hundred year old Palazzo that has been meticulously restored, with great attention to detail and luxury. Our room was quite outstanding - extremely " high tech" ( comment from our 21 year old who was very impressed!) combined with traditional, lavish furnishings - drapes, pelmets, wallpaper, furniture ; if... hva folk sier » you are into design and interior decorating, this is the place! We felt very welcomed and " at home" in beautiful surroundings. The staff were incred - This hotel was our favorite from all of our hotels this trip. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and easy access from the water taxi at Rialto bridge....just remember to turn at the Disney store and you'll always find it! We did eat in the restaurant one night and it was very good. Our waiter was excellent and I'm pretty sure he is the only Italian waiter to have smiled at us our whole trip (no joke!) We also had a couples massage one evening. Though I would not say it is a "spa"

  I always think when you see peoples remarks you still take a risk with hotels, but i have to say all the comments were spot on, fantastic hotel, absolutely lovely rooms, clean, new and stylish in every way, ok we had a bit of a job to find but that was our own doing.... only a walk to st marks so great location and the hotel back entrance is right ... hva folk sier » on a canal if you want to arrive in style! - Excelent hotel located very central in the heart of Venice.Appox five minute walk from Marks sq and Rialto Bridge.Staff ere friendly and helpful.Hotel is over 500yrs old but recently refurbished to a very high standard.The hotel is filled with character.Compliments of the hotel we were given a bottle of sparkling wine and a jacuzzi bath in the room,nice touch as we were on honeymoon..

  Absolutley stunning views, perfect location (4 minutes to P Le Roma, but quiet near a church and a wonderful square with fantastic restaurants and great service). We arrived at 23:00 and were greated with a smile. They even provided us with a selection of breakfast cereals and croissants as a "present." The location was also very good. The owners of the hotel were very good in keeping in touch with me to see what time I will arrived so they could be there.

  The hotel was clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable of their town so they could tell us the best places to go.   et sjarmerende sted - We liked the manager Elisabeth/?/- helpful, speaking good English. The rest of staff was less efficient. The hotel map is very helpful, except a few confusing mistakes: 14 is Guggenheim, not Goldoni, 13 is wrong too. Please, review your map. - location was good. The coffee was the best coffee I ever tasted. AT 3:00 everyday... hva folk sier » , 4 or 5 gondolas would go by with a man singing in the lead boat. Very romantic!
