  The hotel was clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable of their town so they could tell us the best places to go. We had dinner 1 night in the hotel dining room and it ws one of the best meals we had on our trip. Our stay was totally enjoyable. - One of the very best hotels I have ever stayed in, anywhere.   We stayed 2 nights at PalazzinaG. I thought the staff was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful.From the reservation day, they requested if they could be of any help for the transfer & proactively proposed restaurants and activities in Venice. They made restaurant reservations for us on both nights, the places were excellent and we were... hva folk sier » given good tables. On my wife's birthday, they spontaneously brought a birthday cake to our breakfast table, which was a nice personal touch.The hote - I arrived a week to soon (oops) and with the good attitude of giacomo (we got an upgrade to the available room the grand canal suite with a small extra) but we had a fantastic time. -the staff is very attentive and they are well informed about your needs/ wishes - the location was excellent - that saturday was a djset/party in the hotel, we got a couple free drinks and there was a good athmosphere
