Very clean, comfortable, nice and friendly staff. Great location in city centre. - There was no problem ariving late in the evening, the breakfast was good, we had a small kitchen in the room that I did not expect, and we were able to leave our bags in the hotel lobby after we checked out

Wonderful! Excellent position in a quiet corner of the Cannaregio but within walking distance of major tourist sites. Easy to find, even at night as only a few minutes from the water bus from Marco Polo Airport. Lovely well equipped bedroom and good breakfast, truly memorable if you can get the table overlooking the canal. Alexandra and her staff are very welcoming.

Very cute, excellent location,and very clean. Fantastic value for money (we paid 34EUR/person/night for three nights). Air conditioning was wonderful. Breakfast was also very good, some hot food and interesting jams. Room was a bit small, just enough to fit a bunk bed, a sink, and a closet, but it was okay. - free fast internet conection

Staff were friendly and welcoming, Andrea gave us really helpful advice on places to visit, transport, and where to eat which enabled us to get the most from our short one night stay in Venice.

There's an authentic coffee shop across the road with an amazing Venetian coffee at Eur1.20! I couldn't believe my eyes. Quite a local neighbourhood, so you can get a sense of where local Venetians go if you get up early in the morning for a walk!

The best hotel I've been in Italy. No doubt. Loved the hotel, loved the staff, loved our room. It even had a small and unexpected jacuzzi. It was further away then what was promised on bookings.com , not a problem though, since there was a small vaporino shuttle running whenever we need it to - even late at night!! Would stay there again and again.

The location is good. Take waterbus line 1 (towards Lido) or line 2 (towards S Marco) and get off at Accademia. Cross the bridge n pass the museum you will find a little bridge next to a cafe. You will see the signboard of Casa Arte.

First, This is the best location ever! I felt so lucky to walk out the door and have all the main places from 5_10 minutes walk.
Emilio was very helpful. his instructions confused me and he came to walk with me from the water boat stop. the rooms are big and you get a big wardrobe for your things' lock included. I loved there was an all female room! too many hostels say everyone must be in a mixed room. it is more comfortable to me not to have mixed gender.

As other have said before me, location, location, location. The hotel is 3 minutes away from San Marco. Lorenzo, which I think is the owner, was very nice, confirmed our reservation by email almost instantly, gave us instructions on how to get there from the airport. The lady at the reception was very nice as well, they allowed an early check-in.
