Very nice. Staff really kind and available. They printed our flight ticket, kept our luggages after check out, let us stay around Venice all our last day without stuff. Room very clean and nice. Bathroom always clean
We stayed in a double room with a shared bathroom. The room was bigger and better appointed than I expected so I was pleasantly surprised. Shard bathroom was clean and tidy.

I was so delighted to have found this hotel, which really made my trip, and I would recommend it to anyone. Perfect location: in a beautiful area of Venice. Very close (2 mins walk) to vapouretti stop on Grand canal. Short and lovely boat trip to St Marks Square. So can easily pop back to hotel during day if need anything. The facilities are very good - en suite and shared bathrooms spotlessly clean. Shower was good. Beds are made, which was unexpected, for the price which is very reasonable for somewhere in the centre of Venise. The staff and manager are all very friendly and helpful, giving me good directions when I asked and were happy to carry my case up the stairs to my room for me.
Not much of a view from my window (though some rooms do look over the lovely streets around) but for that price I would not expect it.

Great if you want to get into the heart of Venice. An upstairs room in a well run family hotel. Clean warm comfortable bed. Bathroom warm and clean.
Need to be familiar with the directions, its a strait forward 200m walk from the station; but in Venice a good map and knowing what to expect is necessary.
In venice it is all about walking. There arent cars, taxi or buses. So once you are good located, it's the best thing. The hotel is Like 12min walking from the station santa lucia. There is a market near, bars And restaurants. You can reach piazza san marco in 20 min, in the path you Can already see attractions Like the Ponte di Rialto. Venice it self is an attraction. The hotel is very clean And organized. There is a sink in the room. The bathroom was shared, but very clean as well. I would stay There again def.

The location is close to water bus stop. It is difficult to find this hotel if it is the first trip to Venice. The location of this hotel in Google map is wrong, the location in letsbookhotel.com is correct.
No air conditioner. No lift, we have carry heavy suit cases to 3rd floor.
The location was really nice and right in the center of the city.
Both my friend and I woke up with flea bites all over our body. However we had no proof of the actual flea so we could not get our money back. Furthermore, it was implied that breakfastwas included but when we checked out, we were informed that it was not and we had to pay. Though the price was not the most expensive in Venice, for $100 it is not worth it. Very disappointing.

Poor directions and lack of info on web site as to how to find the hotel. Bread and coffee in the am was 6 euros extra. Narrow stair well to haul up suitcases 3 flights.
