We spent an unforgettable night at Pontechiodo, which is a very nice and a cosy place. There's everything needed: from cold milk, hot tea or cappuccino with a croissant for breakfast in a lovely Venetian garden till an umbrella or hot heating during rain. Besides, the owner is a friendly and a very helpful person, who is always ready to recommend you a great restaurant to go with nice service, delicious Italian food and places of interest of Venice which you'll never forget...
alle vurderinger » The property's location was convenient yet offered a sense a peace and quiet. Mattia the host was most hospitable. He made sure that you were able to locate and access the property. He also provided a list of dining options with different budget options, which was most useful. Breakfast in the garden was very pleasant! The convenience of having a private bathroom in the single room - apparently not all rooms have it. We had a wonderful stay in Venice here the setting is beautiful and having breakfast in the garden was so nice. Facilities are very good, we stayed on ground floor right next to canal & a lovely view out the windows. Everything was clean & comfortable. Love the fact you could have an afternoon or evening wine in the garden byo. The manager/owner (can't recall his name) was also wonderful and very helpful. The manager was very friendly and helpful. He gave us maps with good non tourist places to eat and ringed places it was most interesting to visit for art. We had books of course, but the personal touch was great. He let us make cups of English tea whenever we wished. That all made life much more relaxed and friendly. The location is ideal, close to Water bus stop and Train station; also close to Rialto Bridge and excellent Restaurants located away from 'tourist' centres. The accommodation is amazing. Comfy beds, very clean rooms, quiet residential area and a very helpful owner who makes every visitor feel very welcome. Mattia was charming and gave great ideas for our stay in Venice. This is a fantastic location and not at all hard to find if you take down the instructions on how to get there. We honestly think that staying here was the thing that made our trip to Venice so enjoyable. Location is great, breakfast (really good cappuccino) as well and Mattia, the host, gives you lots of advices and information about Venice. During spring and summer time you can also enjoy the garden for relaxing and eating. the room design is nice and i love the bathroom fragrance as well.The garden is also nice, it is a pleasure to have breakfast in the garden while reading books....anyway it is so good and we want to come back stay again. Staying there is much more than just staying in a hotel - Mattia (the owner) has succeeded to make his house yours and this is a great feeling. We really enjoyed his company at breakfast time. Location was convienent and beautiful but also quiet at night. It was close to several nice resturants. Location Room. Room was a little small, but I guess that's part of the charm of staying in a guesthouse. Make sure you also ask for the electric mosquito repellent from them!. Nil had a wonderful stay. I have had colon cancer. I need to throw away used bags of waste in the bathroom, or into the hotel dustbin. It is helpful to have a toilet bin with a top that shuts and has a plastic bin liner in it. I think it is fairly normal practise. This is an unusual illness but quite normal to have the bins. 稍微还是有点小，然后卫生巾是在卧室外面的，稍微有点不方便，不过也什么大影响。到威尼斯那天正好wate- r bus罢工，走过来的，还是很难找的。。。。大家要有心理准备. Everything was SUPER!!!!!!!!!!. For our room, the bath room was small and located in the corridor. hard to find the entrance, old facilities, quite old... Attitude of the inn keeper.
