  Lovely spot, the views from the place are amazing, with a quiet relaxed atmosphere. We got a split-level room with a sitting room and bathroom downstairs and the bedroom upstairs, with a private terrace and stairs going straight to the pool. There are very few rooms in the place so we were mainly in the pool by ourselves. Friendly atmosphere and staff, few horses, do - We stayed for 5 nights and we truly enjoyed it. The split level room was very spacious, tastefully furnished and very private. All rooms are really close to the pool where you can relax on sunbeds with towels provided the owner. In the morning breakfast is being served here as well. The breakfast includes bread, egg, juice, coffee etc. The Borgo is centrally located in the hills between Alghero, Sassari and Porto Torres, which makes it easy to visit both cities and beaches around.   A great place with wonderful hospitality. Not a fancy place (rustic furniture, which for us is more than fine), clean and tidy. English is a bit at scarce (but this is not different from many other places in Sardinia) however, this is easily bridged with the loveliness of the owners and their desire to help. A great place to really meet locals - Very nice and calm place with beautiful view and rooms. There is a possibility to make food itself and wonderful terrace. Owners were very friendly and helpful.
