First of all, the hosts definitely make you life easy. Very helpful, jovial, ready to assist in whatever requirement, without being intrusive.
The place is a little oasis in the middle of what seems to be nowhere but in reality is just a 10mins drive to Ortigia, being therefore close to town.
It's nicely decorated, charming setting and a lovely pool.
You may spend a few minutes looking for the exact location but it's not too complex as it seems.

accessible by foot. The hotel is very clean, with modern furniture. Even
if the hotel is an industrial area, it is a good solution if you are

We really liked the owners, the room was impeccably clean, it was an
excellent value for money. The owner welcomed us providing good
advice about where to go for sight seeing and nearest natural
reserves. Breakfast was special and featured different home made
delicious Sicilian pastries. The car park is covered, therefore the
car didn’t need to stay under the hot sun! I’ve stayed in 4* or 5*
places before, which were not as good as this lovely B&B! I would
call it a 5* B&B Definitely re
