The hotel manager was very courteous and was nearby in the vicinity of the hotel in case we needed any help. The room was clean. The lady in charge of the hotel was very willing to help in any way she could to make our stay an enjoyable one. If I visit San Giovanni again I would stay at Villa SantaCroche. - The owner was really great and answered
