Great location, good staff it all made for a special stop. We booked for 2 nights but enjoyed it so much we changed our schedule so we could stay an extra day. Whilst San Gimignano is a tourist location and it is busy during the day but when the tourist head out the village becomes even more enjoyable.

The views were unmatched anywhere we stayed in Italy. The room was huge with a balcony, and nice large bathroom. The staff was friendly and helped with directions and sight seeing recommendations. Breakfast had a nice variety.

Great accommodation in the Tuscan hills. Views out of across manicured gardens and pool to vinyards and olive groves in rolling hills. Can easily see the impressive hillside town of San Gimignano. We hired a vespa with Mauros help and had a fantastic time riding around the tuscan countryside and small medieval towns. -

The apartment is part of a charming old palace and had a wonderful view of the garden. It had been imaginatively renovated and was full of character.The kitchen was basic but adequate for our requirements.A toater would have been a bonus. - I liked the fact that it was in a great location to the square and close to everything.

The location was excellent - Charming hotel in peaceful location below the main town. Lovely family atmosphere, comfortable rooms and garden with superb views to relax in after the hubbub of the town. Large car park. Five minutes walk uphill to nearest gate into old area. This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff/owners take great pride in making you comfortable. We were on a 3 week vacation in Italy and by far, this place will be remembered. I loved this place. Everything was superb. Swimmingpool is situated next to the olive trees and has a great view to San Gimignano. You can drink their own wine from I Pini and relax in beautiful scenery. Also breakfasts were very good- specialy pancakes with cinnamon;)

A very friendly family run hotel with a comfortable atmosphere. The owners made us very welcome and gave helpful advice about a concert we saw advertised and places to visit.
Our bedroom was spotless and overlooked a beautiful Tuscan valley. The air conditioning and small fridge in the room were very welcome.
