  We stayed there for a week in the end of October 2013. The room is clean and comfortable, there is all facilities. Everything is new. We had the room with the balcony which is on the silence street. The staff is really helpful. We had the late flight and came only at 12 p.m. It was so nice to meet us at the bus stop because it could be unreal to... hva folk sier » get to B&B at night on foot. Thanks Franz for everything. There is the breakfast in the morning. The location is in 500 m from Vatican. If you w - The b&b just openend so everything is new. We liked the owner, he is very informal and helpfull. There is a trainstation nearby (5 minute walk), which is good for reaching the B&B at arrival and go to the colloseum. For seeing the rest of the city, we never used it. St Pieter square is 15 minute walk. Nearest metro station 25 minute walk. There is a bus for reaching the rest of the city, but we never used it and did most of the sightseeing by foot.

Breakfast was good with fresh croissants every morning, yogurth, coffee and juice. The area around is full of shops and a supermarket (CONAD) is very close if you need some drinks or fruits or sandwiches to carry around the - I definitely adored staying here! It wasn't like staying in a typical hotel, it seemed like visiting old friends' apartment! Everything is supercosy! The rooms are clean and well-equipped, very nice bathroom. Furniture is new. They have a wonderful terrace where simple but superdelicious breakfast is served. I suppose it's the best place for people who visit the city for the first time.
