  Very nice B&B for a young couple like us: quiet and green location, very cozy room (spacy) and hall (tiny). 10 minutes walk from the tram&bus station. Everything was clean and tidy. A sweet local restaurant right nextdoor - (grazie mile a Marianna!). Fantastic gelateria nearby.   The staff was very friendly and helpful. They knew a couple of different languages enough to be kind and helpful. The street was quiet and even though I had read that you could hear others in the next room, guess we were tired enough from our sightseeing, we didn't hear anything. I wasn't so sure about the twin cots but I slept on one and no problem with my bad back. It is just a 5 mi - Very friendly staff, clean bedroom and bath, AC and shower works well. I thought the room is pretty sound proof, as we did not hear any noise during our 3 nights. Bed is firm but we liked it. The hotel is on a quite street and feels safe. It's actually next to an adult cinema but very quite and did not bother us. Walking distance to Termini station, there is also a bus station(#90) near by, we used it from train station but we did not find out how to ride it the other way around. Overall, a goo

The hotel offered an excellent breakfast with a good choice of food, including cooked, cold meats, fruit, cereals, breads.   This is a lovely little B&B. The location is wonderful. You are a stones throw from the Pantheon and the Trevi fountain, its on a bustling lovely cobbled street with minimum noise as you are a couple of levels up. Everything is brand new and clean and decorated as you can see- with bright colours. The number 64 bus will take you from the bus station, and then its a short walk t - Excellent location at the Pantheon square. Walking distance to all of the attractions. Our host Michel was very friendly and helped us with everything. The B&B is brand new and has large rooms which is quite rare to find in Europe.
