Isa was incredibly accommodating and helpful. As soon as we arrived we felt at home.
Originally I had booked us the smaller room with a separate bathroom however half way through she upgraded us to a huge lovely en suite room which was a nice surprise.
Both rooms we stayed in were very clean, colourful and bright. She delivered us breakfast every morning and cleaned the room each day immaculately whilst we were out sightseeing.

Isabella was wonderful! Upon check in she gave us big bottles of cold water and green grapes. Breakfast was very good with hot croissants, hard boiled eggs, bananas, coffee, juice, yogurt.Internet was available and the elevator was easy access. It was in a neighborhood that was good to explore and we walked to the Coliseum. The rooms were big and very neat and comfortable.
super convenient to Termini in Rome; Isa is an extremely nice host and very accommodating.
I think it was about a 10 block walk to the coliseum and that area. Walked once and road Metro because it was cold outside after that;
Being close to Termini made transitioning to different sites very easy with use of Metro (subway).

The owner was very kind and available. She brought the breakfast in the room in the morning and allowes us to stay in the living room all day because we had to work with the laptops.
