The location was perfect for us. The Piazza Navona is ideally located for access to major historical sights in Rome including Vatican City, the Pantheon, beautiful water fountains, churches, buildings and other historical locations too many to list. The Piazza itself is beautiful and quite a fun place at night. There are many, many excellent places to eat very short walking distance from the Piazza and also at much lower prices.
alle vurderinger » Apartment had a great location. It was like a loft or studio apartment with balcony and outside terrace. I would like to live there! We had very luxorious feeling. All windows and doors looked into the inner yard and the only noice came from the corridoor, when somebody came inside the building. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Great central location which was easy to get to things. Beautifull style apparement with a spacious and airy feel. Easy to book on the internet and getting key when we arrived. Contact number given for emergencies and someone came out to assist when we could not open the door (faulty lock/latch). The apartment is in a perfect location only five minute walk to the main sights (piazza Navona and Trevi Fountain) and only a short easy walk to the Vatican. The apartment itself is very big and has everything that you need, a far better option than the many over priced hotels of Rome. We stayed in Banchi Nuovi One-Bedroom Apartment. Apartment is fully equipped – we had everything what we needed. Perfect location!!! Piazza Navona is in 5 minutes walking distance. All Roma attractions reachable in 10-15 minutes. Thanks to Constance our staying was pleasure. Location was fabulous - facilities were good. a spacious apartment for a couple with space for short stays for others. extras included a roof top terrace and very functional kitchen. close to everything you could want and then a retreat to the roof for some chill time. Excellent spacious apartment decorated in true Roman fashion. Very clean, sitting room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Close to Pantheon, Piazza Navone and Trevi Fountain. Left with list of recommended local eateries which was great. Excellent service,clean and comfortable. Nice touches -owner had left pasta, sauces and fresh coffee etc. Really good value for money. Neat apartment with lots of space for a small familily or a couple. In the middle of all landmarks, and surroundings is magestic. The bed was comfortable. The area has a small market and a small gricery store within a short walk. Very close to Piazza Rotunda. location was excellent close to major city sights but very quiet at night once the restaurants closed, great restaurants nearby. the price for a good apartment (4 persons) in the center of Rome is not high compating to others or hotels. The apt's view was amazing and breathtaking, in the middle of rome's buzz. clean and have almost every thing we need for daily life. Location and the decor of the house. - Nice location. Good location between Vatican and old city center. Nice interior design of the apartment. Staff made good recommendations on local restaurants and taxi service. The weather was very hot during the first days of our stay. The Air Conditioning and floor fans in the apartment were "life savers". However, the circuit breaker in the apartment would shut off when we ran the dish washer, while the A/C was also running. Hot water was also there sometimes and not others. During the summer, not a problem. If this happens during the cooler months, guests could be unhappy. Very small kitchen, but workable. Balcony/outdoor area was not what I was expecting - it was overlooked by buildings and was quite dark and dank. Door in to appartment did not work proprerly and we had to call someone out to open the door on one day. (We had not been shown how to use the key properly either). We were not initially shown how to use facilities (electronic buzzers to open communal door/recycling bins/TV). The upkeep of the apartment needs to be maintained better, on the last morning we had no hot water as the heating system broke, this should have been fixed prior to a tenant arriving. A bit more cleaning is also required. Only unpleasant smell inside apartment (the smell of mold and mildew, comes from old building) – if you have some troubles with allergy, chose something else. In a busy part of town - could be noisy (if the double glazed winsows are open) but worth the trade off. Sofa bed not v comfortable. When we tried to use dishwasher we had a power cut & had bit of trouble getting hold of someone to sort as it was later on in evening. No wifi although advertised. No wireless internet facility. nothing really - all good. the smell of garbage on first floor. rome is a very noisy and not a comfortable and modern city.very high prices everywhere!. The beds were very hard and a bit uncomfortable. The sofa bed in the living room is full rubbish, we slept directly on the floor. I would like to strongly recommend the owner to buy new sofa bed. For us was ok but the ones who are looking for silent place should not take accommodation in the center of Roma and especially Piazza del Fico, there is a bar which is working until 2.00h in morning and is very nosy but the best way to feel the pulse of Roma. Could be busy / noisy at night. no elevator. no internet. no cleaning service. The pull out bed in the lounge is Extremely uncomfortable and we would recommend replacement. Shower doors need attention and toilet in ensuite needs attention to flushing mechanism. matches for stove and dustpan and broom for sweeping floor would be useful. clean cloths for kitchen use would be recommended. an electric kettle might also be useful for making tea or instant coffee. We couldnt reach the apt by car - sth the agency didnt tell us. Which is too bad because we got a lot of fines trying to do so, before we returned the rented car and took a cab. the staff from the company is not easy to reach, especially after we got the keys. The wifi was not working,so i called the staff who gave us the key. He promissed to come in half an hour, but never showed up. I called after one hour, no one picked up the phone. it is a big disadvantage to rent an appartment comparing to hotels that the staff are not near by. as tourists we do not have so much time to wait for them. Master bedroom ensuite sink tap never worked, no rooms cleaning service was provided during our stay Rome is very expensive place Highly priced apartment. -when we book the apartment says mezzanine, but it's not true - the picture from the apartment in the web site not corresponding to the house, just one from the building (outside) - there isn't a terrace like you can see in the picture, it's ok the house, but i felt cheated - expensive apartment for that you really have. Apartment was cleaned and prepared for occupancy only after we arrived on site. Two man cleaning crew needed an hour to clean while we waited to unpack etc. This was a major disappointment. Building entry is on a very narrow street with heavy traffic, would nor recommend this particular location to anyone with young children. Wi-Fi supposedly is available but does not work. Building entry/foyer is a dark and dirty space, bad first impression. there is no storage for our luggages even for a short while after we checked out to take our breakfast. Hot water system was not working properly and no one to replace burnt light bulb.
