Very convenient to Rome Termini train station, an easy walk of about 3 blocks. Antonio was a very helpful and gracious host who recommended restaurants, gelato shops, directions to different tourist sites,etc, and marked everything on a map which he then gave to us. It was a pleasure to spend time with him! Rooms were clean, comfortable, but simple. Free internet & a computer to use if you don't bring your own tablet. Deluxe continental breakfast was ample and tasty. We were very pleased wi.
alle vurderinger » Very nice place, Antonio, who runs the B&B, made our stay at Rome much better. He gave us many tips about restaurants, interesting places to visit and transportation that made much easier visit the city. The room are good and always clean, breakfast is good and you feel “at home” in the B&B. It is located close to the train station and to the Metro. It is like a B&B with a concierge. I strongly recommend it. a very comfortable B&B hotel. Antonio, who runs this little hotel, was very warm and kind. He not only gave us very usful tips on transportations, resturants, and places to visit, but also very patiently described us how we could find the location after landing at Termini station. Antonio made us a very pleasant and memorable endingof our Italian trip. Antonio was a fantastic host. He spent time with us showing us some nice places to visit and eat. The facilities were clean and well looked after. The location isn't in the pretty side of Rome but is 15 minutes walk from the Colosseum and a 5 minute walk from the main train station with a metro stop just outside. Superb value and well worth a visit. Antonio was a perfect host. We could ask for no more. This B&B is within walking distance to many many sites. We had an outside room but it was very quiet as the windows are first rate in noise reduction. The wifi is excellent as is the breakfast and the tour directions by Antonio. Though the hotel is very straight fowardly located three streets' away from Termini station, it was still takes us long time to finally find it with the guidance of a local person, since there was no signal outside the building and more painfully, no one could give us a clear and accurate direction to there One tip to anyone who choose this hotel: do not ask anyone on the street, just believe your google map and your intuition, it will be 100% right to where you intend to go!. Providing soap for the shower would be a big convenience for travelers. Pillows are very soft. - Warm water not always available (we didn't know if we should wait longer or give up), but this is a really very minor problem. Since its a b&b, you have to liaise with the staff earlier when you will check-in, check-out. But it's common for B&B. The bed is a bit too soft, other than this, everything is prefect!. small shower, noise from the street ( trams ). It started only one year ago. So mayb some of the drawback have to be expected. Everything was just the cheapest possible on the market: the cheapest towels, no table and no chair in the room.
