I liked the fact that everyone was very nice and I felt very safe there. Also, I liked that we were so close to the market, the main train station, and the metro.
It was a very safe place.
The people were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was
sort of 'on your own'. They showed us where things were and how
the machines worked and we were able to make what we wanted. Private

Staff is ok.
The Staff were friendly enough and when asked to mop up the water thy did but they were not always around to ask.
The linens leave something to be desired; they are very worn, rough
and uncomfortable. Note, they don't provide wash cloths -
apparently this is not the custom in Italy because no where we stayed
provided them. The beds were not as comfortable as other places, but
were adequate.
Tired of hearing the sob story that they have to pay commission to greedy banks.
We were charged an extra 4euro for paying the rent through credit card.
They even charge extra 3
Euro per bag for keeping the luggage in the office after check-out.
The bed was not good.
On arriving we were told the online payment we did was not processed by them as it would need them to pay a commission and we had to pay them again.
Pictures on the web are deceptive. The room is not as good as it looks in the pictures.
Bed, towels are dirty and looks like they keep used ones and not fresh ones.
Beware as they take cash for your stay and also attempt to collect it from your credit card, which they say is for security and would be credited back to your account.
Don't be fooled, luckily my transaction on the credit card was rejected. Keep an eye on it.
room to put your bags. The bathroom was also a shock, the shower was so small you could raise your arms to was your hair and the step up and down was two steps depth, without the steps.the rooms were noisie you could hear the conversations in all the other rooms all night long. i will not be recommending this place to anyone.

mentioned by letsbookhotel.com. Additional charge for keeping bag after check
out at 3euo/bag. The boss is not nice at all.
