Federico the host was very friendly and welcoming. He provided us with an orientation to Rome and gave us some tips for exploring the city which was much appreciated. The pics on this site are very accurate- the place is quite pretty and clean- and my cleanliness standards are high! The shower was particularly nice and so was the daily cleaning service. Via Cavour is an excellent location and very close to the termini. I am a young woman, and could walk around without my husband even in the eve. alle vurderinger »
It has a great location. You can reach everything by foot with a short walk (or talk the metro if you want to). Usually the area close to the train station is not great, but this hotel is located in the best area close to the train station. We were out until midnight every day, and only met friendly people. The breakfast is great and the room is spacious and very silent. The staff is very friendly, never had so much insider information at check-in. We would definitely recommend this hotel!.
Federico and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful, happy to give tips and assistance if required. Facilities in the large room were great, loved the shower and having a tv with movies that were in English. Breakfast was ok, and coffee/tea was available 24/7. If you are a light sleeper you may need some ear plugs if your room faces the street, although the windows block almost all the street noise. Really enjoyed my stay here.
Loved the location - a few minutes walk from the train station, fifteen
minutes from the old historic city, and just over the road from the
Gallina Bianca (white chicken) which does great Italian food - had a
fantastic pear and chocolate dessert there! Federico was very helpful
with directions, and travel advice.
Awesome location, 5 mins walk to train stn and metro, 15/20 min walk
to city center. Large modern room, quiet, great bed, good lighting, nice
tv, own air con, huge bathroom, spa shower. Breakfast is small but nice.
Reception staff are great, speak English well! The wifi is fast, free,
works in room!.
A very nice small hotel with beautiful rooms and dining room. A very good location (Termini station - 5 min, St Maria Maggiore - 3 min, Coliseum - 10 min). Friendly staff, especially Federico. A coffee maсhine with hot water and milk 24 hours a day.
Nice small hotel. Comfortable, friendly. Very nice location. Big thanks
to Federico- the manager of this hotel. He could make our vacancy is
very comfortable. He recommended us the best place to eat and enjoy! We
will come back for sure.
-convenient to reach Centrale Station around 5-6min walk
-be easy to get restaurants and supermarket within walking
-easy but good breakfast and self service for the coffee machine all day.
The staff, especially Federico, offered us very useful tips, cosy rooms, firmly good beds, clean and confortable, very good position near the Termini station.
Thanks yo Federico for the warm welcome and good recommendations about the city! We will offer this place to all out friends...
location is good ,near the termini and metro.
The rooms are big and clean with good facilities.
the staff are very friendly.
Central location, a 5 minute walk to Termini Train station. Safe and easy walking distance to shopping on Via Nazionale.
Excellent friendly staff, very clean, great bathroom, excellent bed, no noise from street. Will definitely go back!.
Very clean. Excellent friedly and helpful staff. Great location.
Staff, breakfast, location, transportation from airport.
- Nice staff
- Interesting location
- Airconditioning.
Great location. Staff was accomodating.
Room, service, staff, cleanliness.
very good location.
everything was ok.
All is well.
Location.
Although a bit expensive, it was significantly cheaper than other hotels in the same area (center of Rome, near Termini). The room was clean, quiet. The building was rather old (as everything in Rome downtown). Close to Termini station, where both line of Rome's underground cross. Staff was very polite (so very, that it could be considered a negative!!).
I would book to the same hotel if I'd visit Rome again.
Fantastic comfortable firm bed - best night's sleep in ages! Convenient location for Termini railway station and thus airport. Beautiful St Maria Maggiore basilica around the corner.
Federico was very nice. Te location is good though a little bit
difficult to find as there is only a small sign of the hotel on
the street.
I liked the interior of your room! Very warm and trendy.
The room - pleasent.
Despite claiming that someone is always at reception between 8am and 8 pm, there were times within that time frame that the reception room is locked. This happenned when we had made pre-arrangements to check out n the afternoon as we were flying out early the next morning. Someone was there extra-early the following day to make up for this so it all worked out okay and did not affect our impression of our stay.
- the safe is too small for any laptop (but the hotel is safe to begin with)
- there are not many slats in the bed (just a few, big wooden slats), as a result the bed is rather hard. And the bed is small (only 1.80m in length I guess), but you can cope (I did with 1.95m)
- too bad that the fresh croissants arrive around 8:10am, since I had meetings in the morning and had to leave at 8am several days (while breakfast starts at 7:30am).
Not a complaint against the hotel - but Italian breakfasts take some
getting used to! Unlimited coffee was great - but a wider and fresher
selection for breakfast would win top marks.
Nothing - this place was the best! Some advice for others: reception is
not open 24/7. You will get a key for the building, 4th floor and
your room! Come and go whenever you want! They are always their for
breakfast, usually the day and will contact you to negociate check in
times! To find the building, look at the pics on letsbookhotel.com, they are
correct - remember 4th floor, Le Petit Real! There is a lift!.
A very noisy system of water supply. For example, at night you cann't visit a w.c. quietly, all the guests will know about it because of water. A hot water is unstable; it's difficult to wash long hair.
Very noisy is outside, but the wimdows are very nice. When you close it,
the noisy stops.
The breakfast a little bit limited, the coffe machine doesn't work for 2 days, finnaly was fixed.
Nothing, thanks!.
breakfast is good but the coffee machine is not a good idea.
double beds, poor staff knowledge of English.
Flimsy doors
Inexpensive room improvements.
Tonight I couldn't take a shower - hot water was not available.
Reception is not open 24h (however, upon request, they can wait for you at any time).
Breakfast is rather poor. The hotel is not a traditional hotel; it occupies half of the 4th floor of a building (as happens with many hotels in Rome downtown). Finally, there is a confusion with the name of the hotel, which is a bit different from what is shown in letsbookhotel.com.
Breakfast was average, it would have been nice to have fresh fruit or salad.
The girl at the reception could not stop speaking on the phone that was
kinda loud on the entire premises all day long, literally. The shower-
spa need renovation, didn't look clean.
Very noisy area.
The doors are not insulated and you can hear all the noises from the hall.
Vert poor breakfast!!!.
