the owner is not always at the apartement, nobody are here when we arrived but he calls to open the door.

The hotelier did the payment behind the customers. we told him our insatisfaction about the room at the arrival, he refused to do any change, leaves us at the room, did the payment authorized by the reservation from letsbookhotel.com behind us then told us that we can cancel this reservation, but as we already forced to paid and it was late in night we knew nothing about the city, so we accepted, the worsest hotel I ever met!.
