The owner of the hotel is an old couple and they r both very nice and friendly. You don't feel uncomfortable when u r living there as other hotels. It is very free there and very quiet. You can even go to the kitchen at any time and there r free coffee, juice, milk and bread for the whole day. The location of the hotel is very good- near the train station, and 10 min walk to coloseo. It's perfect for family trip.
