The location was great. The Metro was right outside the front doors, making it so easy to get around. The Vatican was a short ride away. We set up our own walking tour and from the hotel to the Colosseum, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain was about a 5 hour walk... Round-trip!!! Pretty amazing!. Dominico was friendly and businesslike. A gentleman .He carried my bags down the stairs when the lift failed. Great location for people watching and could walk to the Termini.Close to subway.

Very clean and comfortable, cheap mini bar, excellent wi-fi included, great location right beside the metro and within 10min walk of Termini station. Perfect place to stay in Rome, clean room and very nice staff helping you with everything. 10 minutes walk from termini station and just 30 seconds away from Metro station. Recommended. Friendly staff, great location, access to metro literally right out the front door, Termini station within short stroll. TV with Pay TV was nice at the end of a long day. The location was brilliant for sight-seeing. Near to the metro and bus terminus and easy to walk to some of the attractions. The manager was extremely nice and helpful. Location. Staff. Figure out the street signs and the street numbers when finding the hotel. There was no sign outside so it was really hard to find. We had to ask the postman where the address was. Nothing really. Room was spotless but basic. Had a lack of electric plugs. small room especially compared to the photos on the site. Nothing. It feels as though your entering a maximum security prison with the amount of doors and keys you need to get to your room. The breakfast was poor. Our room was cleaned regularly but they didn't put in toilet paper and we ran out which wouldn't be a problem if there was someone to tell and get more, which there wasn't. If you arive by car the parking can be free on the street but it's an absolute nightmare to find a space. No parking Not really a tourist area. Although the room was OK, the breakfast was a disappointment. There was cereal but no milk so we had to go out for breakfast and our request for a refund was ignored. Breakfast very poor. There was no milk or fruit. We were in Rome in May and it was cold, and we can not turn on the air conditioning because we were told that there is a law that does not allow turn on the ac from March. Little hot water shower and do not replace the shower gel. In the photos it looks much better.
