  The appart has a very good situation, very near the Place San Marco & the Rialto Bridge. But what we like the most in Venezia, is our contact Sébastian, such a lovely man. During a 4 days stay, we had all the bad things happening...but Sébastian always found a solution for us. You chose an apartment, you notify them of your arrival by email, arrange a meeting point, the representative meets up with you (handy to have a phone with you just in case) he (in this case a born-and-bred Venetian) meets you right on time, walks you down several narrow streets, gives you good info on the way, takes you to your room, does the paperwork and payment process, tells you about the room, and then he leaves.   I can only write in superlatives about this villa. The family, who runs it, is extremly friendly and protected the guests' privacy and relax in all aspects. The design and the concept of the villa (elegance and relaxation) is outstanding, nice colours, quality furnitures, top-clean bathroom and extremly comfortable beds with massage functions and ... hva folk sier » ergonomical pillows. Altough it seems a bit out of city for the first sight, but Verona's downtown can be reached by car in 5 mins. Perfect place for - The place is wonderful, everything is very peaceful and beautiful. The owners take care of every detail and sometimes you have very good surprices when you notice that wonderful details. There are only 3 rooms, so it is not noicy, we felt like we were alone in that place. It is apart form the city, but it is not a problem because they offer the transport service, which is very cheap (moreover you can enjoy a nice conversation with them while they transport you).   We stayed at the Casanova apartment. The owner met us in the square where the apartment is and he was very friendly and showed us around the flat, gave us a map of the city, told us where the nearest vaporetto stop, supermarket etc is located. The flat is very central, only a few minutes walk from St Mark's square (must be the most crowded place... hva folk sier » I have ever seen in my life) and equally close to Rialto bridge. When I booked the place, reading all the reviews I was convinced there would be no - The apartment (vivaldi) was very clean and the staff friendly. They didn't have a booking for our last day so they let us check out at 6pm. The apartment is not only central but in a proper strategic spot, everything was only 5 minutes away. It was warm, comfortable and gave lots of privacy. The two bedrooms were on the opposite sides of the apartment. The best thing was the terrace on top of the roof. It was big enough for 6 people to have dinner or breakfast with a a nice table and the view w
