  Close to the Talete parking garage but within easy walking distance of all of Ortigia; we had dinner opposite the Doumo and it took very little time to walk back. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and told us about the nearby market. I had looked at - We were very impressed with the manner in which the reception staff dealt with a serious accomodation issue on arrival. We were accomodated in a nearby apartment which was serviced on a daily basis, and we had our breakfast as usual in the Hotel. We enjoyed the sea view from the apartment and particularly the spacious veranda at the rear.   One of the most wonderful stays my partner and I have EVER had!! Massimiliano is awesome, lovely, hospitable and nothing too much. I even got a little unwell during our stay and he helped with some medication. Breakfast was fresh and local produce daily, brilliant spread. Room presentation was fab....spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. ... hva folk sier » We had the best view of the Duomo and was so centrally located to the shops, local sights and markets! Parking was close to the hotel and getting in - The place is great!!! It is exactly in the city center (5 meters from the Fontana dell’ Elefante). Although it is in a city center, it is very quiet and peaceful place! The owner, Massimiliano is just WOW. He was very kind and ready to do everything for his quests to enjoy the stay in Al Duomo Inn and in Catania. We will certainly come again to this B&B! We used our stay in Catania to visit Syracuse, Etna and Taormina! All of these places are amazing! A small tip for those traveling by car

  Stayed for 4 nights in 2 different apartments. Perfect location.5 min walk to the beach, the same 5 min till shopping street. Supermarket some 200 m away. Very big apartment,well equipped kitchen. They have all kind of information for tourists, just ask :). Easy check in even if you arrive late/early. They have code system where you enter - Very close to beach and shops as well. Close to city buses. Very big apartment, having everything you need for your stay. Big balcony. Good bed.15 min walk to old city. Cable way to Erice aprox. 15 min walk away. Will definitely stay there again.
