  Out of all the different options we had, we (3 friends) chose an apartment managed by Biriola Holiday - mainly because of the huge number of positive reviews. Communication with the manager, Matteo, was excellent and he was very friendly and helpful with everything - not to mention all the great insider tips he had for us! Upon arriving we were greeted by Bruno, the elder statesman of the residence, who was quite simply charming. He took us around, showed us the garden at the back and told us we could help ourselves to the fresh herbs and chillis.   We liked the welcome and attention from all the staff at reception and in the dining area. The room space was good as was the garden setting. Breakfast was fine. Generally had a calm, quiet ambience when we were there in mid May. Free parking. - Lots of birds in the garden, sparrow's nests on the balcony, clean beach right near the hotel.

  Owner is very nice, speaks very good English. They upgraded our room for free :-) Room is nice, has fridge also. Swimming pool is nice. Supermarket is just in the other side of the road and they have a restaurant as well ( you can have dinner near swimming pool or at your terrace) - Helpfull staff, upgrade for free.
