  This is a really wonderful place, located right in the heart of the oldest part of Syracuse. It has been elegantly converted into a series of spacious suites, all with individual facilities. It is within easy walking distance of all the major sites, as well as some excellent local restaurants. The staff are all endless helpful, and it is just a fan... hva folk sier » tastic place to stay. Highly recommended. - The site of the hotel was first rate. The layout and quality offurnishing; the cleanliness and facilities available (the opportunityfor self-catering) I have never before seen in a hotel; of such modestcharge. The Alla Giudecca rivalled any 5-star places I've seen. A hotelwhich has made a supreme effort to accord with the character and thehistory of its location. A real find, and bargain.
