  The central location and friendliness of staff - I liked the Zanhotel Regina very much, since the hotel is situated near the town center and the railway station and all the important sightseeing points can be easily reached on foot! I liked the staff of the hotel as well and the best breakfast I've ever had in my life :)

  The location of the hotel was perfect, a stroll away from the very centre of Bologna, the rooms were comfortable and clean with air conditioning.
