  Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night.   It was a beautiful oasis in the middle of Milan. Although being within the city, once within the walls of the hotel area, we felt as though we could have been in any small Italian town. It had beautiful courtyards and the eating/ entertainment rooms were exquisite. Our sleeping room was spacious and clean and comfortable in every way.
