The view from the hotel is amazing. The owners were very nice and let uscheck in early. This is definately a place to stay if you have a car. Wedrove 8 minutes down the road to the train stop and then traveled bytrain into Florence each day. wonderful rooms and the hotel was in a beautiful setting overlooking the gorgeous Tuscan hillsides and mountains. Artimino had a few restaurants and the food was excellent in all of them. Good sized swimming pool surrounding by lots of loungers and lush green extensive gardens. We had an excellent stay highly recommended. -

We loved the place.To get to the center of Firenze ,it took us 25 mins by car or you have the option of taking the train from the nearby station ,which takes about 15 mins.The place itself is beautiful with great scenery and also has a pool.The apartments are very well furnished , the kitchen came in very handy for us. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We plan to go back and would certainly recommend it to every one.

Thehotel was very clean, very comfortable and they offered many smalldetails that were much appreciated (like free internet and free dailybottles of water).

Podere Scarabattoli is set in beautiful countryside. We took a train from Florence to Signa, then walked the 2km from the station, after failing to locate a taxi. Caterina kindly drove us back to the station the following day. We went for relaxation after 2 days in Florence. It didn't disappoint.
