This is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in in Tuscany! Like home. Beautiful rooms, a big luxury bathroom, very nice terasse, you can have your breakfast any time you like, outside on the terrasse or in your room. Short walk to city center, just five minutes. It was beautifully furnished and decorated in-keeping with the style and period of the building. Miriam made us feel most welcome from the start. Hadde balkong og kunne låne sykkler når vi ønsket dette. Nært til gamle byen - Meget god service av alt personalet på hotellet. Ethvert spørsmål ble besvart med et smil og de hjalp oss med veibeskrivelser etc. Det fikk de også vite da vi reiste.

The warm welcome from Arianna was second to none, giving us guidance of where to eat in Lucca that evening. During breakfast we were treated like old friends by both Arianna and her mother. They provided a lovely breakfast with lots of homemade treats. Recommended! -

The hotel was clean and comfortable and a lovely breakfast was provided. The staff were all friendly and polite. I was especially impressed with Lara. She was so welcoming and friendly and made me feel right at home. She was able to answer numerouse questions for me and was most helpful. -
As it was late in the season, the city was not crowde

Run by very friendly and helpful family. Very new and clean. Comfortable beds. Everything worked well. Good if you need a budget apartment as base for day trips. Lovely bowl of fruit on arrival and the owners even went out and bought a brand new iron and ironing board when we asked for one.
