We stayed at Fabbrica for 6 nights. It was a wonderful experience. We stayed in the ground floor apartment. It is comfortable, well equipped and quite large. We stayed here (in the main villa) for two days in June and had an
amazing time. First, the views of the nearby towns and the countryside
from the windows of the villa are amazing. The property is set upon some
elevation so it gets a nice cool breeze even when it is hot elsewhere.
The property is the perfect distance (about 15 minutes drive) from the
main town of Lucca, where you can go for dinner, shopping, strolling,
biking, etc. btw, Lucca is an undiscovered gem in Italy. It is an

Truly an experience staying in a building of the 14th century. It is located in the heart of Lucca.
Our Divina room was beautifully painted, spacious with high castle like ceiling.Bathroom was contemporary and clean. Cappuccino was excellent and the hosts are very gracious.

This had a great location inside the walls of Lucca! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for a family of five (with an extra cot requested). Perfect, quiet location next to the piazza Napoleone. The staff gave excellent advice about parking options and even booked the parking garage for us, good service!
Casa Paolina is like having your own appartment in Lucca. Big appartments, so and ideal place to go with groups of 4-6 people.Please be aware of opening times reception: 10am till 1 pm and 3pm till 6 pm.

The rooms are absolutely beatiful, very spacious. The location is perfect, you can walk to everything there. The restaurant right across the street is quite good and convenient. There is a laundromat very close by as well.
Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful, giving us advice about where to go and what to do. They also drove us to the airport which was much easier than finding a cab or taking the train. Very lovely place, and a lovely city.
