This is an amazing place. Everything was perfect-tidy, clean and stylish hotel. Very nice englishspeaking receptionist-she gaves us many helpfull advices for the old Lucca town and ideas for good restaurants there. Beautifully restored Villa, high quality fittings,traditional Italian style,spotlessly clean room, lots of good quality choices in breakfast buffet.
Friendly and efficient staff could not do enough to help us, excellent English and French is spoken. Nothing was too much trouble - thank you for an excellent stay in beautiful Lucca.

This is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in in Tuscany! Like home. Beautiful rooms, a big luxury bathroom, very nice terasse, you can have your breakfast any time you like, outside on the terrasse or in your room. Short walk to city center, just five minutes. This is a lovely hotel made special by attention to detail. Our room ( junior suite) was extremely comfortable and even had tea and coffee making facilities. Hadde balkong og kunne låne sykkler når vi ønsket dette. Nært til gamle byen - Meget god service av alt personalet på hotellet. Ethvert spørsmål ble besvart med et smil og de hjalp oss med veibeskrivelser etc. Det fikk de også vite da vi reiste.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and a lovely breakfast was provided. The staff were all friendly and polite. I was especially impressed with Lara. She was so welcoming and friendly and made me feel right at home. She was able to answer numerouse questions for me and was most helpful. -
