  This was our first visit to Rome, the staff were very helpful withinformation regarding tours, restaurants etc. The air conditioned roomswere a god send during August with temps of 36+.   The hotel is about 15 minute walk from the main train station Termini which can be used to explore all of Rome. The Hotel is 4 star and it shows. The breakfast was excellent and the service outstanding. We actually didn't have a hotel room but stayed at the Apartments managed by the hotel (400 metres) away. But the complex was in a medieval setting and very impressive. - The staff were very friendly and helpful and did there best to meet our needs they also gave information about tours. The porter made no fuss about bringing our bags to the room and helped my sisterinlaw to connect to the internet .the room lovely clean and bed comfortable also had a taxi take us to the airport when leaving .

  the staff at this hotel were great. We were greeted and welcomed from the moment that we touched the front door. The front desk staff were great at making suggestions, helping with bookings etc. I stayed at another "big chain" hotel in Rome earlier in the trip, and the the service between the 2 was like night and day. All of the main sites were within walking distance, only the Vatican was a bit far, but we used the tour bus on our visit. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The room clean and great shower, the breakfast perfect, plenty to eat and lots of choice. Local restaurant and bar fantastic value.
