  Excellent spot for a romantic weekend stay. LiRioni is situated close to the Colloseum and Forum Romanum, in a quiet surroundings. The owners were very friendly and extremely helpful and the place itself was amazing! Clean and newly renovated rooms, very comfortable and equipped like at least a 4*+ hotel. LiRioni is located on the 4th floor (the highest, there is an elevator) and has a cute little kitchen and dining room on the top - Very nice apartment next to the Colosseum on the fourth floor of the building (there is an elevator). Rooms are new and clean. The apartment has a beautiful terrace on the roof exactly as seen on the pictures. The apartment is located on the small quite street, so there is no noise from the street at night. Wifi is as fast as tornado. The hostess Valentina is very friendly, helpful and guest-oriented. We will definitely stay at Li Rioni B&B on our next visit to Rome.

  This is the second time we stayed at Regola, first time was at Residence Regola, this time we tried the Regola Suites (for our honeymoon). Since we remembered our last stay expectations were high and I am very pleased to say we were not disappointed. Great air conditioning. Super nice and helpful staff were willing to do whatever we needed. They even left us a bottle of wine with a lovely note and two glasses. Breakfast in the room is fantastic and delicious. Good location not too far from a lot of sights and especially close to Trastevere and the Jewish Ghetto. This hotel was truly a highlight in a two week trip through Italy.

Staff were friendly and willing to provide help and information that you may need, breakfast was so good, with wheat and white bread, cheese, ham, yogurt, cereal, several kinds of cake, cupcakes, fruit and freshly brewed coffee made by their beautiful staff, not from an automatic coffee machine! Staff were very helpful and friendly, much more so than any larger establishment we've stayed in. Walking distance to all the major sights: only 5mins from Piazza Navona and The Pantheon. Lovely continental breakfast in the morning. They were able to arrange airport pick up / drop off which was more reasonable than a cab too.   The hotel is very small, it´s really a hostel with 3 rooms in one apartment.We had a turquise room, it was nice, with 4 beds inside. It´s very clean, the staff is nice and care about you, the explain everything.   My mother and I just returned from our 5 days stay in Rome and we would definitely recommend this wonderful B&B to everyone. The location of the B&B is perfect and can be reached easily with the Bus Nr.40 from Termini Station in approx. 10min. It's right in the middle of the ancient heart of Rome, within easy walking distance to all world-... hva folk sier » famous sights (heading north: Castel Saint'Angelo, 5min /east: Pantheon, 10min /south: Colosseo, 25min /west: Vatican, 10min). We stayed in room Nr. 7 - Anita and Marcello were excellent hosts. We arrived a little early from the airport and our room was not ready. A very nice breakfast was provided even though it was after the 10 am ending time for breakfast. The room was spacious and spotless and had a very nice bathroom and comfortable bed.
